We’re growing our team at Lash Bar Australia and are looking for vibrant, positive and hardworking artists who take pride in their craft and are passionate about delivering exceptional and beautiful results and outstanding client experiences.

2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE | CASUAL

- PART-TIME
- FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES

1 x 3-4 shifts per week 1 x 5 days per week

THE ROLE

You’ll be providing a range of premium lash and brow services, including:

- Lash Extensions
- Lash Lifts
- Brow Sculpting & Waxing
- Brow Tinting & Hybrid Dye
- Brow Lamination
- Brow Design & Styling
- Professional consultations & aftercare

Experience in BIAB nails, beauty therapy, facials, waxing, cosmetic tattoo or other beauty services is highly regarded and may provide opportunities to expand your service offering.

ABOUT YOU

- Has minimum 1 year professional experience in lashes and/or brows
- Is confident, skilled, detail-oriented and passionate about their work
- Takes pride in creating beautiful, consistent results
- Has a warm, positive personality and genuinely enjoys connecting with clients
- Is reliable, professional and motivated
- Understands the importance of rebooking, client retention and achieving/exceeding KPIs
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Uses downtime productively and takes initiative
- Maintains exceptional hygiene standards, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Is willing to learn, grow and continually improve their skills
- Can follow salon systems, procedures,



record keeping and brand standards
- Has availability including some evenings and Saturdays
