The role will involve distributing real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs, including current listing, sold and prospecting campaigns. Initially, approximately 1,500-2,000 letterboxes per week, however this will vary depending on listings and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs
- Collect marketing material from Schweitzer Estate Agents
- Complete allocated streets and routes
- Follow allocated routes and instructions
- Work independently and manage time effectively
About you
- Reliable and punctual
- Honest and trustworthy
- Physically capable of walking for extended periods
- Organised and able to work independently
- Has reliable transport to get to different areas
- Has a smartphone
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
- Previous letterbox distribution, delivery or similar experience is advantageous, but not essential
