The Opportunity

We’re looking for a caring, reliable Crèche Supervisor to lead the daily operation of our Kids Cartel space. You’ll help create a welcoming, engaging environment where children feel safe and included, parents feel confident, and the team can do their best work.

You’ll guide and support Crèche Assistants, maintain high standards of child safety and care, and help deliver a positive experience for every child and family.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and support Crèche Assistants during shifts, helping the team deliver safe, consistent care.
- Oversee daily operations, including bookings, attendance records, child profiles and check-in and check-out procedures.
- Promote children’s safety, wellbeing and participation in line with our Child Safe Standards, policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised and engaging Kids Cartel space.
- Plan age-appropriate activities, seasonal themes and special events.
- Communicate warmly and professionally with children, parents and club members.
- Support onboarding, training, coaching and rostering for the Crèche team.




- Respond calmly to parent concerns or incidents and report or elevate child safety concerns appropriately.
- Maintain required compliance records and support safety audits, reviews and emergency procedures.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience working with or supervising young children in a similar environment.
- A genuine passion for creating safe, positive and engaging experiences for children.
- Leadership or team support experience is highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of child safeguarding, or a willingness to complete mandatory training.
- Clear communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, patient and skilled approach, especially in busy or challenging situations.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them.
- A valid Blue Card / Working With Children Check.
- Flexibility to work hours that align with gym operations.
- Full Australian working rights.
