We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Scanning Assistant to support a short-term document digitisation project with our pharmaceutical client.
This role involves scanning and digitising hardcopy documents, preparing files for scanning, and ensuring all records are captured accurately and securely. If you have a keen eye for detail, can work efficiently with high volumes of documentation, and are available for an immediate start, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitise hardcopy documents and binders
- Prepare documents for scanning, including removing staples, clips, and bindings
- Ensure all documents are scanned accurately with no missing pages or duplicate records
- Organise and save electronic files according to established processes
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support the overall document digitisation project to ensure deadlines are met

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Reliable and able to commit to the full 4-week assignment
- Comfortable undertaking repetitive, high-volume administrative tasks
- Confident using photocopiers, scanners, and basic computer systems
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, dependable, and proactive in your approach
- Must have valid Australian working rights
What's on Offer?
