The Opportunity

Join the Civil and Asset Operations team and help deliver the infrastructure that keeps Noosa moving. In this hands-on role, you'll operate trucks and civil construction equipment, support maintenance and construction activities, and contribute to delivering secure, reliable and high-quality infrastructure for the community.

- $83,407 Total Remuneration Package which is based on a full time employee and inclusive of 12% Employer superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About You

You're an experienced truck operator who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a high-performing team. With a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer service, you take pride in operating equipment safely and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of community infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate tipper trucks and other heavy vehicles to transport and deliver materials for civil construction and maintenance activities
- Safely load, transport and unload materials in accordance with road transport and load restraint requirements
- Undertake general civil construction and maintenance tasks, including roads, drainage,



signage and roadside infrastructure works
- Maintain vehicles and plant in a clean and serviceable condition and report defects promptly
- Participate in emergency response and after-hours activities when required

Essential Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience operating tipper trucks in a civil construction or maintenance environment
- Knowledge of road transport requirements, load restraint principles and safe vehicle operation
- Experience operating and maintaining civil construction plant and equipment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and safe work practices
- Physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labouring tasks in an outdoor environment

Qualifications, Training and Licences

- Essential
- HR Class driver licence
- Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Desirable
- Electrical Awareness Training
- Traffic Management Implementation certification
