- Collating court documents and preparing electronic and hard-copy court bundles
- Diary and calendar management
- Billing and matter administration
- Providing financial and administrative support to the practice
- Opening, maintaining and closing electronic files
- General legal secretarial and administrative support to the Disputes team

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary
- Previous experience supporting a Disputes or Litigation practice
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using document management systems such as FileSite or similar
- Experience using billing systems such as Aderant Expert or similar
- A professional, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
