RAH is launching October 2026 on Chapel Street, Windsor—an eight-course Silk Route degustation kitchen drawing from Persian, Mughal, Levantine, and Central Asian cuisine. This role leads front-of-house culture from day one, partnering with the founders and Head Chef to set the standards, rhythm, and guest experience.
You will own service, train a small FOH team, manage reservations and floor operations, and drive a thoughtful beverage programme.
