About The Role
A leading organisation is seeking a Lead ERP Data Readiness Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in a major ERP modernisation program. This hands-on position will be responsible for ensuring legacy data is cleansed, validated, and ready for migration into a new cloud-based ERP platform.

Requirements
- MUST have a Baseline Security Clearance
- Ability and willingness to Undergo Police Check.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, profile, analyse, cleanse and validate data across enterprise systems to support ERP readiness activities.
- Assess current data quality, identify issues and implement remediation activities to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data quality reports, issue registers, remediation plans and status updates.
- Collaborate with system administrators, business stakeholders and subject matter experts to investigate and resolve data issues.
- Support data migration readiness across HR, Finance, Procurement, Travel and Expense systems.
- Create validation checks, quality controls and repeatable processes to improve data reliability.
- Identify opportunities for archiving inactive, obsolete or redundant records.
- Monitor risks,
dependencies and progress across multiple data workstreams.
Experience & Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience extracting, analysing, cleansing and validating complex enterprise data.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, Power Query and other reporting or analytics tools.
- Proven ability to identify, quantify and remediate data quality issues.
- Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement or other large-scale business system implementations.
- Knowledge of data migration, data readiness and legacy data clean-up activities.
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments.
- Understanding of records management, privacy, security and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to HR, Finance, Procurement, Travel and Expense data domains.
- Experience developing data quality dashboards, metrics and governance reporting.
- Knowledge of data archiving, retention and information management practices.
