The Hour Glass in Sydney CBD is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment and broader HR operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Retail teams and coordinate onboarding, HRIS data, and payroll backup in a fast-paced luxury retail group.
You will collaborate with IT for new starter tools, maintain HR records, and provide guidance on HR matters with solid stakeholder engagement. On-site five days a week in Sydney.
