This is a full time, on-site Retaining Wall Builder role based in Geelong, VIC. The Retaining Wall Builder will construct a variety of retaining wall systems, including excavation, footing preparation, installation of structural elements, and backfilling.
Key responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Setting out sites
- Operating hand and power tools
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to specification
- Working closely with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to maintain quality and meet project timelines
- Following company safety procedures
- Assisting with site clean-up and material handling
- Supporting basic project documentation as required
About you
- Experience building retaining walls from set out to completion
- Ability to read plans and understanding of levels
- LE (Excavator) ticket with experience operating
- Construction Induction Card/ Red card
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
- Smartphone including email
