No previous driver training experience is required for suitable applicants. Full support and mentoring will be provided to assist you in gaining the necessary qualifications and industry accreditation.

About the Role

As a Driver Trainer, you will work one-on-one with learner drivers, helping them develop the skills, confidence and safe driving habits needed to become responsible road users.

About You

We are looking for applicants who:

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are patient, professional and approachable
- Enjoy helping others learn and succeed
- Hold a current Queensland Driver Licence with a safe driving history
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of safe driving history
- Driving record must have no more than 4-6 demerit points
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
