Zohorecruit is partnering with a well-established NDIS provider to recruit a hands-on Team Leader for a SIL home in Sydney's Inner West. Reporting to the SIL Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver person-centred care.
You will coordinate rostering, staff development, compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and direct participant support when needed, while fostering robust relationships with families, coordinators and healthcare professionals.
