Sales and Service Insurance Consultant - Part Time

Represent a well-known general insurance brand as an Authorised Representative and join the team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer support, both in person and over the phone, with warmth and professionalism
- Providing assistance with NRMA Insurance and The NRMA M&S; products in a way that meets customer needs and builds trust
- Collaborating with a small, high-performing team to achieve individual sales targets and branch-wide goals
- Complete training and maintaining compliance, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures
- Accurately receipt payments for Insurance and Membership transactions with attention to detail
About you
- Exceptional customer service skills, backed by at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position
- Team-oriented spirit with the ability to work closely within a small team to achieve sales targets
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect confidently and clearly
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Proven problem-solving ability, with creative thinking and sound judgement
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency across multiple computer programs
- Confident cash handling, ensuring transactions are smooth and accurate
- Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a bonus, but not a must
