The school was established by the Parish of St Euphemia under the auspices of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia. About the role

The Executive Assistant is integral to the seamless administration and operation of St Euphemia College. Reporting to the Principal, this position supports the school's leadership team by managing high-level administrative responsibilities, enrolments, and communication. The Executive Assistant contributes to a culture grounded in respect, integrity, compassion, and Christian witness, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the Principal's office.

Key responsibilities

- Manage communication for the leadership team
- Report directly to the Principal
- Collaborate with teaching and non-teaching staff, students, parents,



and external stakeholders

About you

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant an advantage
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Exceptional organisational, time management & multitasking skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
