Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator for our residential aged care facility in Shepparton. You will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs to enhance residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.

Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor activities and ensure programs align with care plans. You will monitor outcomes, adapt activities for diverse abilities, oversee event scheduling, and support volunteer initiatives to enrich resident experiences.
