Gilders Transport & Logistics/GTL Employment – Warwick Farm NSW

Gilders Transport and Logistics is seeking an experienced and professional Local MC/TUG Driver to join our Sydney team. This role involves local metro deliveries we well as operating yard tugs in our Sydney depot with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Minimum 50 - 60hrs per week, 4:00am Start.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- A current and valid MC Licence with a minimum of 2 year experience.
- Must have a safe driving record.
- Good understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and road transport regulations
- Ability to secure loads in line with CoR requirements and perform on-road safety checks.
- Ability to complete pre-start checklists, safety reports, and delivery documentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Well-presented, reliable, and committed to creating a secure work environment.
- Contributing to a positive, safety-focused team culture.
