About the role

As a Customer Engagement Assistant, you'll help deliver a positive and professional experience for our customers by providing timely support across phone and email channels.
You’ll be the first point of contact for CSC’s members, helping them make sense of their super and providing explicit, caring guidance. Whetherit’sa question about their balance, a benefit, or insurance,you’llbe there to support them with empathy,confidenceand clarity.

- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Process routine updates to customer records
- Issue standard customer documents and correspondence
