Aruma currently invites applications for a Support Worker in Children’s Services. You’ll help create a secure, nurturing home for young people aged 5–18 who have experienced trauma, loss and disruption, supporting school attendance, life skills, recreation and daily routines.

You’ll work across a 24/7 roster, building trustful relationships, advocating for their rights, and collaborating with families and therapeutic professionals to help each young person thrive.
