BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to deliver client-centered home care across Bundaberg and surrounding areas. You will conduct intake, build individualized care plans, and support daily living activities in clients' homes with a compassionate approach.

You will travel to client homes, maintain accurate CRM/CMS records, and collaborate with the care team to review goals and outcomes. This not-for-profit role offers rewarding work and community impact.
