HairBairs' is looking for an experienced, qualified Part time Hairdresser to join our close-knit team in Leongatha, Victoria. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to work flexible hours, making it ideal for those seeking a balanced work-life schedule.

What you'll be doing

- Providing exceptional hairstyling and colouring services to our loyal clients
- Advising clients on the latest hair trends and products to achieve their desired looks
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the salon
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the salon as needed

What we're looking for

- Qualification in hairdressing or a relevant Trades & Services - Hair & Beauty Services industry qualification
- At least 2 years' experience working as a qualified hairdresser in a salon environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized styling recommendations




- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- A passion for the latest hair trends and a commitment to continuous learning
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
