Home Care Worker I Aged Care Lower North Shore I Casual Shift
Help at Home by Montefiore is seeking motivated, caring and committed individuals to work with exclusive private clients who require additional support beyond their family and friends' network in and around the Lower North Shore.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Personal Care
- Companionship
- Domestic Care
- Meal Preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Chaperone to appointments
To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience supporting clients in an Aged Care setting
- Available during the week and on weekends
