Synergie Australia invites applications for 10 experienced Call Centre Operators to support a large public sector client in Parramatta. The role is 100% onsite with a rotating roster and a two-week classroom training program.

You will handle high-volume customer inquiries, navigate internal systems, and provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and solid written communication. The contract runs to April 2027.
