Compensation

- Uncapped performance bonuses
- Average canvassers earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses
- Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
- $21/hour base pay

Requirements





- Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
- Strong communicators
- Ability to work outdoors in wide-ranging weather conditions
- Available Monday – Saturdays
- Working cell phone with data plan
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required)
