Supplier Engagement Specialist | 4-Week Contract | Sydney or Melbourne

Talent Solutions Group is partnering with a leading technology provider to find a Supplier Engagement Specialist for a short-term contract. You'll help deliver a high-profile customer implementation program. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves the phone, thrives on targets, and can hit the ground running.

The opportunity

You'll be the first point of contact for suppliers being invited onto a digital platform. You'll run structured phone and email campaigns, guide suppliers through registration and onboarding, and clear the roadblocks that stop them getting across the line. Your work feeds directly into customer go-live milestones, so you'll make a visible impact from day one.

What you'll be doing

- Making high-volume outbound calls (50-75 per day) to suppliers invited to join the platform
- Running targeted phone and email engagement campaigns
- Building quick rapport with supplier administrators and business contacts
- Explaining onboarding requirements, timelines and next steps clearly
- Helping suppliers with registration, account setup and onboarding tasks




- Identifying and resolving barriers to completion, and escalating technical or commercial issues where needed
- Re-engaging inactive or at-risk suppliers
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date after every interaction
- Reporting on progress, risks and onboarding status to the project team

What you'll bring

- Experience in customer service, customer success, onboarding, telesales or stakeholder engagement
- A confident, professional phone manner and excellent written communication
- Persistence and resilience, with a genuine drive to hit targets
- Solid organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is highly regarded
