You will be responsible for completing pool cleans, conducting handovers, and providing clients with clear guidance on how to operate their new pool equipment. The position requires a robust work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing residential swimming pools
- Demonstrating and educating clients on the operation of pumps, filters, chlorinators and other pool equipment
- Installation of pumps, filters, chlorinators and related components
- Providing exceptional customer service during handovers and site visits
About you
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage your daily schedule
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Enjoy dealing with customers and delivering a positive experience
- Previous pool technician or pool industry experience (highly regarded)
