The Role:
We are seeking a reliable individual with a positive attitude to join our team in a combined Groundskeeping and Maintenance role based out of our Over 50s Lifestyle Community in Tomago. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors and would be happy working unsupervised, maintaining gardens, common areas and facilities to ensure the community remains safe, clean and well presented for residents and visitors.
Schedule:
Casual role,
hours negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn and garden maintenance, including weeding
- Upkeep of common areas and shared amenities
- General maintenance tasks
About You:
- An unencumbered Australian Driver’s Licence
- Enjoyment of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of WHS/OH&S; practices, chemical handling and secure work procedures (beneficial but not essential)
- The ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
