We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Brisbane , especially in Caboolture area.
What makes a excellent Disability Support Worker?
If you possess the following qualities, we look forward to receiving your application!
- Passionate about supporting people with disability (mental health)
- A deep understanding of mental health challenges
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
What you need:
- At least One year experience supporting mental disorder participants
- Driver's License and reliable fully insured vehicle
- Cert 3 in Disability/Aged Care is an advantage
We have Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants across QLD and preference will be given to Support Workers who are willing to travel.
