This full time Warehouse & Counter Sales role in Wacol offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading distributor of automotive, powersports and solar products. As part of the warehouse and customer service team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and providing excellent service to both trade and wholesale customers.
What you'll be doing
- Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
- Processing orders and preparing quotes
- Picking, packing and receiving stock
- Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate
- Supporting general branch operations as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Basic computer skills for order processing and invoicing
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work efficiently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- A forklift license or the willingness to obtain one
- Full Australian working rights
- Mechanical, automotive or auto electrical background is highly regarded
