The Practice Manager is a key leader within Open Arms, within the Australian Government Department of Veterans' Affairs. The role oversees regional administrative operations, supports the Director with executive tasks and ensures coordination of resources for regional and national projects.

It also drives the quality improvement framework to monitor service delivery, staff performance and financial activity.
