The Company:

A leading Australian healthcare organisation specialising in innovative Med Tech, developing and manufacturing products that support surgeons and improve patient outcomes.

As the business continues to evolve, they are building their marketing and education capability and seeking a creative marketer to strengthen brand awareness and engagement with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

The Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will create and deliver marketing content, campaigns and communications across a broad surgical portfolio.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on digital content, copywriting, graphic design and video production. You will work closely with commercial, product management and clinical education colleagues to turn technical information into clear, engaging marketing materials.

With scope to bring your own ideas and help build the function, this opportunity could suit a creative marketer who enjoys creating and delivering content in exciting innovative company.

Sydney based this role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop brochures, product guides,



presentations and educational resources
- Create and edit videos for marketing, communications and training
- Manage LinkedIn content, eDM campaigns and website updates
- Build brand awareness and engagement with surgeons, healthcare professionals and channel partners
- Support product launches through targeted communications and promotional assets
- Coordinate marketing activity for conferences, workshops and education events
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, compliant and commercially relevant
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement

Your Skills & Experience:

- Relevant experience in marketing, communications or digital content creation
- Healthcare, medical-device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience highly regarded
- Strong copywriting skills and confidence translating technical information into engaging content
- Practical graphic design capability using Canva, Adobe or similar tools
- Ability to create and edit video content
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com to deploy content
- Experience with social media, eDMs and digital campaigns
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- Creative, proactive and comfortable contributing ideas
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to undertake occasional travel
