COMPLETE Portables is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance across company-owned and operated facilities throughout WA (Metro and Regional). The role plays a key part in supporting our modular manufacturing and installation working closely with, manufacturing, and site teams.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and end to end project delivery, enduring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Project will include facility upgrades, maintenance works, and modular manufacturing related initiatives, based out of our Wattleup facility with travel to regional or remote sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance works

Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and delivery of projects

Liaise closely with designers, drafts people, engineers, manufacturing and site teams

Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements

Identify and manage risks, variations,



and non-conformances

Support continues improvement across project and facility delivery

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the construction industry in a similar position

Ability to develop, review and approve all project related management plans and facilitate approval and agreement from the Project Partners

Able toprovide overall direction for and support the implementation of project related management plans

Ensure sufficient resources are made available for implementation of all project management plans

Advanced specialist and managerial skills to achieve the delivery of significant projects

Innovative and specialist problem solving skills to critically analyse and apply risk assessments for complex and significant projects

Provide advanced specialist advice to monitor and maintain project scope and cost control on multiple complex contracts or at major project level
