Clearview Projects is a Sydney-based boutique builder and project manager delivering childcare centres, co-living and multi-residential developments. We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand to run day-to-day site activities and help us keep projects safe, on program and built right.

About the role

About you

- 2+ years' experience in construction, including time leading a crew
- Trade background preferred (carpentry, formwork, bricklaying or similar)
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and quality standards
- Confident reading plans and setting out
- Organised, reliable and a clear communicator with trades and management
- Practical problem solver who takes ownership of the site
- NSW White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Right to work in Australia
- First Aid certificateWorking at Heights, EWP or Supervisor/Leading Hand WHS training
- Experience on childcare, multi-res or co-living projects
