Marketing Manager – Digital & Growth

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action and seeing measurable business results.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll support lead generation, digital marketing, customer engagement and brand growth across a portfolio of software businesses within the Jonas Software group. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands, collaborate directly with business leaders, and contribute to marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention and growth.

This role moves at pace. You'll be working across multiple brands with a lot on at once, and you'll need to prioritise ruthlessly and take initiative without waiting to be told what's next. It's ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys variety, embraces new technologies including AI, and thrives in an environment where they can make a genuine impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Owning lead generation initiatives across digital, partner and customer channels
- Planning,



executing and optimising marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth
- Managing digital marketing activity across search, AEO, content and social media
- Building and maintaining websites across multiple brands
- Building customer communication programs, email campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Analysing campaign performance and driving continuous improvement, including cleaning up data and attribution gaps as you go
- Working closely with sales, product and customer‑facing teams to support growth initiatives
- Supporting events, trade shows and partner marketing from planning through to follow‑up

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience delivering successful marketing, digital or growth marketing initiatives
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes without being chased
- Strong digital marketing skills across campaign execution, content, lead generation and customer engagement
- Experience building or managing websites (Wix, WordPress or similar)
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, including resolving data quality and attribution issues
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools in marketing work, not just awareness of them
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and make data‑informed decisions
- Comfortable operating with direct exposure to senior leadership, without a large team around you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
