About the Role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone who understands both marketing and business development and knows how to turn marketing activity into real business growth.

You will oversee and develop our marketing strategy, digital presence, customer acquisition initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with referral partners, improving our online visibility, and helping position Autobody Prestige Smash Repairs as a leading automotive repair business in Melbourne.

This is an on-site position and is not remote or hybrid.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities and potential customer channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet businesses, dealerships, automotive businesses, local businesses, referral partners, and other strategic partners.
- Develop strategies to generate consistent, qualified leads and increase customer enquiries.
- Manage and improve our digital marketing presence across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.




- Oversee social media and digital marketing activities to ensure our brand remains professional, consistent, and engaging.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and local advertising initiatives.
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns .
- Monitor and understand Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO reports, rankings, traffic, leads, and conversion data .
- Identify opportunities to improve our Google search visibility and local SEO performance.
- Work with content creators, influencers, agencies, and external partners where appropriate.
- Track marketing performance, lead generation, customer acquisition, and return on investment.
- Prepare regular marketing and business development reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop customer retention and referral strategies to encourage repeat business and word‑of‑mouth referrals.
- Research competitors, market trends, and opportunities within the automotive and smash repair industry.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain processes for lead management, customer communication, marketing activities, and business development.
- Work closely with management and the workshop team to identify opportunities for business growth.

What You'll Bring to Autobody Prestige

- Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing , or a related field are highly regarded.
- Proven experience in marketing,



business development, sales, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition .
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing reporting .
- Experience with Google Business Profile and local SEO .
- Experience managing Meta Ads / Facebook and Instagram advertising .
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Experience developing partnerships and referral networks.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to understand marketing data and turn insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, self‐motivated, and results‐focused approach.
- Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
