The Company
Our client is delivering one of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects in the country. The project is a nationally important transmission investment that will strengthen energy security, support the move to renewable generation and shape Australia's energy future for decades.

You'll own the frameworks that keep people protected: the Safety Management System, procedures, training, reporting and assurance. You'll also stay close to the work, giving practical advice to project teams, leaders and contractors.

- Proven ability to write clear, practical procedures, standards and guidance material
- Experience designing and delivering safety training, inductions and competency frameworks

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and comfortable coaching and engaging people at all levels, from site crews to senior leaders
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
