Our client is one of Australia's most recognised enterprises, with a long track record of bringing in specialist contractors for major programmes. They have an immediate need for a Business Analyst, based in Melbourne, on a six month contract starting mid November.
The role
You will run requirements discovery for a programme moving transport operations from SAP TM onto Blue Yonder TMS. The current platform is already live, so the job is making sure every current business requirement is captured and nothing is missed.
- Firm up existing high-level requirements across around six projects
- Run workshops with business units and their customers
- Map current processes and document detailed requirements
- Work closely with in-house functional analysts and solution leads
This is a BA role first.
Strong requirements craft and stakeholder skills matter more than any one system. The workload flexes with project readiness.
What you'll need to succeed;
- Solid BA experience eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements
- Clear communicator, comfortable with everyone from operations staff to technical teams
- Strong understanding of supply chain or logistics, ideally transport
- Able to run discovery across several projects at once
- Transport management system experience, advantageous
- SAP TM experience, highly regarded
- Blue Yonder or JDA TMS experience, ideal
- Full Australian working rights
