ASX employer of choice in the property sector whose business covers asset management, investment/funds management and development.
The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with Fund Managers, Property Development and JV partner, the role includes:
- manage the financial reporting and controls for a JV fund ($2bn +)
- oversight of financial reporting, unit pricing, distributions, investor reporting and performance reporting
- manage end to end audit process with external auditors
- support the Tax Manager with the preparation of BAS, distribution reviews, tax returns and analysis as required
- partner with funds management, property development teams and JV partner
- work alongside group treasury to ensure cashflow management
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 8 + years of work experience. Solid preference for significant property funds experience including broad experience across reporting, technical accounting, controls, tax and treasury.
