Northern Land Council seeks a senior legal leader to head its agreements practice, reporting to the General Counsel. You will oversee a team delivering high-quality, culturally competent services across resources, energy and major projects under Aboriginal Land Rights (NT) Act 1976 and Native Title Act 1993.
You will lead negotiations, address disputes and governance, working with Traditional Owners and native title bodies to advance rights and interests in land, sea and waters.
