More than a traditional Team Assistant role, this position plays a key role in keeping leaders, teams and projects running smoothly while contributing to a positive and connected team culture.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide support across a broad range of activities including:
- Complex diary and meeting coordination
- Travel management and logistics
- Leadership meetings and governance support
- Coordinating team events, workshops and offsites
- Supporting onboarding and team engagement initiatives
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, meeting materials and documentation
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, likes being the go-to person and takes pride in helping others succeed.
About you
We're looking for someone who has experience supporting multiple stakeholders within a corporate environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be highly organised,
adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities while building strong relationships with senior leaders and colleagues across the business. Just as importantly, you'll bring a proactive mindset, enjoy taking ownership and be someone who naturally looks for ways to improve processes and create positive team experiences. We're looking for a collaborative individual who is happy to roll up their sleeves, contribute ideas and embrace new technologies, including AI tools, to work smarter and drive efficiencies.
