Registered Psychologist / Mental Health Social Worker – Casual or Contract Role

Cockburn Central, Perth WA (Hybrid)

Contractor rate approx. $130 – $160 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker to join our growing team in a casual or contract capacity.

The pay rate published is based on approx contractor percentage range. Actual contractor percentage or casual rate will be negotiated commensurate with experience. For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity to transition into a permanent salaried position following a successful performance period in the role.

We support clients accessing services through Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTPs), DVA White/Gold Card, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), private funding, NDIS and workers’ compensation schemes.

About you

You are a:

- Registered Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker with at least two years of clinical experience
- Passionate about providing high-quality, client-centred care
- Committed to professional growth and reflective practice
- Able to work independently while valuing connection and collaboration
- Looking for flexibility without compromising on support
