About the Role

We are currently partnering with a prominent Perth-based non-profit organization to secure an experienced Recruitment Advisor for an immediate 8-week contract.

In this high-volume, hands-on role, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across both corporate head-office functions and hands-on trade/operational roles. Joining a supportive team in the Perth CBD, you will hit the ground running to streamline candidate attraction, screening, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage high-volume recruitment for corporate positions (finance, administration, HR, marketing) and skilled trade/operational roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, active sourcing techniques, and database search to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews, shortlisting top-tier talent for hiring managers.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Oversee reference checks, right-to-work verification,



and coordinate onboarding documentation.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Demonstrated background as a Recruitment Advisor, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Senior Recruitment Consultant.
- Dual Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience recruiting across both corporate head-office roles and trades/blue-collar positions.
- Work Rights: Must hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (PR or Australian Citizen preferred due to immediate start).
- Adaptability: Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced temporary setting with minimal handover.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
