Your new companyThis large and complex organisation is undertaking a significant enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The program is focused on modernising business processes, improving operational efficiency and delivering a future-ready ERP platform that will support long-term organisational growth and service delivery. A key component of the transformation is the uplift of procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities across the organisation.
Your new roleAs the SAP S/4HANA Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading all change management, communications and business readiness activities supporting a major SAP transformation program. Working closely with program leaders, business stakeholders, procurement teams and project delivery teams, you will drive successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.This role has a strong focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement and supplier management processes, making it ideal for a change professional who has previously supported SAP-enabled procurement transformations.Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering change management strategies aligned to SAP S/4HANA implementation objectives
- Leading stakeholder engagement and communications across procurement, purchasing and supplier-facing business functions
- Conducting change impact assessments across Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Developing communication, engagement and business readiness plans
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and readiness assessments




- Managing resistance and supporting business leaders through change
- Monitoring adoption, engagement and change outcomes following deployment
- Supporting training, transition and post-go-live activities
- Embedding new procurement processes and ways of working into business-as-usual operations

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience delivering change management initiatives within large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable or broader procurement transformation programs
- Proven capability conducting change impact assessments and business readiness activities across end-to-end procurement processes
- Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Experience developing communication strategies, stakeholder management plans and executive-level reporting
- The ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and relationship-management skills

Prosci certification, SAP Activate experience and previous experience supporting large enterprise or public-sector transformations will be highly regarded. A criminal history check will be required.
