Currently 8848 Momo House Goldcoast is hiring Restaurant/Café Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hiring, onboarding, and training staff in accordance with the 8848 Momo The training criteria for House Brand: you will set an example!
• Developing and overseeing the staff schedule
• Daily banking, order matching, and delivery verification
• Prepare the necessary documentation for sales and inventory. Create timesheets and employee compensation.
• Control cash balances and reduce waste. Assure complete adherence to 8848 Momo House and council regulations.
• Carry out stock control and inventory management, including weekly stock takes and reports.
• To enhance the company, examine the weekly sales and inventory report.
• Oversee and carry out cleaning tasks, such as keeping restaurants tidy and presentable.
• Use POP and in-store marketing materials in accordance with campaigns
• Properly avoid injuries,
make sure safety protocols are adhered properly.
• Provide a secure workplace for both clients and staff.
• Encourage staff members to provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to unresolved and/or escalated client grievances
• Provide excellent customer service when handling merchandise, sales, questions, and meeting client needs.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience of at least more than 3 years gained within the hospitality or catering industry.
- AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) or at least 3 years of relevant experience. Insome instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required.
