About the Role
Our client is a Federal government organisation based in North Sydney NSW. They are currently seeking an EL2 Senior Manager - Communications & Engagement to come in and join their team on a 12 month temp assignment with possibility for extension.
Requirements for this role include:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience in communications, community engagement or stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of stakeholder and community engagement principles, public sector governance,
and service delivery frameworks.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in community or stakeholder engagement, with demonstrated leadership in major infrastructure during planning and delivery, government, or public affairs settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Direction & Engagement Leadership: Set the strategic vision, develop long-term communications and engagement plans, and align community engagement strategies with the Authority's broader objectives and government priorities.
