About the role:

- Work across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Advise on private and public M&A;, capital raisings and corporate governance
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and provide practical commercial advice
- Work closely with clients throughout transactions and ongoing corporate matters
- Take meaningful ownership of matters while working closely with experienced partners
- Contribute to a high-performing team that is continuing to grow its corporate practice

The ideal candidate:





- Approximately 3-5 years PQE with a current Australian practicing certificate
- Strong corporate law experience, ideally across at least two of M&A;, capital raisings and corporate governance
- Candidates with solid corporate fundamentals who are looking to broaden their experience will also be considered
- Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills
- A genuine desire to develop into an excellent corporate lawyer and take ownership of your work
- Collaborative, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
