About the Role

We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join a dedicated team supporting ENGIE's customer operations. You'll help customers understand ENGIE's products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.

In this role, you'll:

- Handle warm inbound calls from existing and prospective customers.
- Discuss product options, benefits and features with customers.
- Support customers through the sales journey from enquiry to completion.
- Respond to customer enquiries and deliver a personalised customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure quality data entry across customer systems.
- Contribute to team and individual sales and service objectives.

About You

You're customer-focused, enjoy working towards goals and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with customers.
- Motivation to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
