The Opportunity
At Icon Water, our people are critical to delivering the essential services our community relies on every day. As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future workforce of the business by attracting, engaging and securing the talent needed to achieve our strategic objectives. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers across the organisation, you will provide trusted recruitment advice, lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, and drive initiatives that enhance our employee value proposition, strengthen workforce capability and position Icon Water as an employer of choice.
What You’ll Bring
You are a proactive and relationship-focused talent acquisition professional who thrives on finding innovative ways to attract and engage great talent. Combining recruitment expertise with strong commercial awareness, you build trusted partnerships, influence hiring decisions and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. You are highly organised, data-driven and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance competing priorities while identifying opportunities to improve processes, build capability and strengthen workforce outcomes. Most importantly, you are passionate about helping the business attract the talent needed to succeed today and into the future.
Success in this role will be supported by:
· Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition services within a complex organisation.
· Experience developing attraction strategies, talent pipelines and workforce sourcing initiatives.
· Experience developing and implementing employee value proposition and employment branding initiatives.
· Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment practices, labour market trends and talent acquisition technologies.
· Experience optimising recruitment systems, processes and onboarding activities.
· Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted recruitment advice.
· Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
· Experience using recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
· Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
