What will you be doing?
These are hands-on management roles for people who enjoy being part of the action.
You’ll lead and develop your team, run busy services, maintain strong customer service standards and make sure the restaurant operates smoothly.
Whether it’s jumping onto the floor during a rush, coaching a new team member, managing rosters or handling a customer issue,
you’ll be involved across all areas of the operation.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in hospitality, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- A positive, energetic and hands-on approach
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Someone who enjoys developing and motivating a team
- Confidence managing busy restaurant operations
- A genuine focus on customer experience
- Quick service, casual dining, café and high-volume hospitality experience all welcome
