Roccella Italian Restaurant Bundoora is now looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervision, training and coordination of FOH employees;
- Taking orders and reservations from clients;
- Cleaning tables after services and setting tables for recent customers;
- Arranging tables on the restaurant;
- Welcoming clients and taking them to their table;
- Serving dishes and drinks;
- Recommending special dishes and wines according to menu availability and selection;
- Serving water and drinks;
- Collecting payments after service;
- Ensuring customers enjoy their dining experience;
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trade Waiter;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer service;
