Marketing Specialist

Bondi Golf & Diggers Club | North Bondi NSW | Full time

Salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year plus superannuation

Bondi Golf & Diggers Club is a nine-hole coastal golf course with a clubhouse, Beer Garden and a growing calendar of golf days, live music, corporate events and brand activations. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver campaigns that bring these experiences to more customers and turn interest into enquiries and bookings.

The role

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for golf, memberships, corporate golf days, functions and Club events.
- Develop and maintain website content, including clear information about experiences, packages and how to enquire or book.
- Coordinate photography, video, graphics and copy for campaigns, using content from past and upcoming events.
- Create, schedule and publish content across the Club’s social media and digital channels.
- Research customer groups and opportunities in corporate events, hospitality, tourism and visitor experiences.
- Develop promotional material and recommend marketing approaches for packages, events and venue hire.




- Build relationships with hotels, accommodation providers, tour operators and other potential referral partners.
- Monitor enquiries, website activity, campaign performance and referrals; report results and recommendations to management.

About you

Applicants must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of qualified marketing experience. You will have demonstrated experience planning and delivering campaigns, creating digital content and managing websites or social media. You write clearly, organize projects well and use results to improve your work. You are confident working with management and building relationships with external partners. Experience in hospitality, tourism, events, sport or leisure is an advantage.
